Right to Deletion

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information. Subject to certain exceptions set out below, on receipt of a verifiable request from you, we will:

  • See what data we have about you, if any;
  • Change/correct any data we have about you; 
  • Direct any service providers to delete your personal information from their records; and/or
  • Have us delete any data we have about you.

Please note that we may not be able to comply with requests to delete your personal information if it is necessary to, or falls under the following situations:

  • The company cannot verify the individual’s identity.
  • The individual is not a California resident.
  • The request is unfounded or excessive (including by being repetitive: defined as more than twice per year). In this case, businesses may either deny the claim or require a fee for handling the request.

  • The personal information collected, processed, sold, or disclosed under the Driver’s Privacy Protection Act of 1994 (18 U.S.C. Sec. 2721 et seq.), and if honoring the request conflicts with that act.
  • The request creates a robust, articulable, and unreasonable risk to the security of that personal information, the consumer’s account with the business, or the safety of the business’s systems or networks.
  • The request is for a consumer’s: Social Security number; driver’s license number or other government-issued identification number; financial account number; any health insurance or medical identification number; an account password; or security questions and answers.

The main deletion exceptions relate to consumer deletion requests about data needed to: complete transactions; fulfill legal obligations; maintain security and functionality; ensure free speech; enact research; or continue internal or lawful uses.

Children Under Thirteen

TickMade does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen. If you are under the age of thirteen, you must ask your parent or guardian for permission to use this website.

E-mail Communications

From time to time, TickMade may contact you via email for the purpose of providing announcements, promotional offers, alerts, confirmations, surveys, and/or other general communication. If you would like to stop receiving marketing or promotional communications via email from TickMade, you may opt out of such communications by Unsubscribe Button.

External Data Storage Sites

TickMade may store your data on servers provided by third party hosting vendors with whom TickMade may have contracted.
