Refund and Returns Policy

ORDER CANCELLATIONS:

Many retail orders leave our warehouse within 48 hours during the business week, so it is sometimes impossible to stop your order from shipping. Because of this, we do not combine orders.

If you find that you do need to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible using the Contact Form, and we’ll be happy to help. We’ll stop it if possible or start the return process.

Due to the nature of the following products: Seconds, belts, apparel, and custom products are not eligible for returns and/or refunds. All sales are final. 

RETURNS:

Our exchange/return policy on all our non-custom products lasts 30 days from the date of purchase and applies to domestic orders only. Custom Ordered Colors/Pattern Products, Gift Cards, Belts, Special Orders, & International Orders are Non-Refundable. Returned products must be returned in Like New, re-sellable condition or they will be subject to a reduced valuation. Original packaging must be unopened and undamaged. We will provide you a return shipping label for ease of return but the cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from any refund or credit issued (unless the issue was due to a mistake on our part). Be sure to include your order number and a note stating it is a return. Returns are typically handled within 3-5 business days of their arrival at the shop. You will receive a notification once it has been processed. All returns must be initiated by submitting a Contact Form.

EXCHANGES:

If you need to exchange your purchased items, you can request an exchange for any other product in our catalog within 30 days from the date of purchase. Exchanged products must be returned in Like New, re-sellable condition or they will be subject to a reduced valuation. Original packaging must be unopened and undamaged. Be sure to include your order number and a note stating it is an exchange and the requested product you would like to receive in return. Be specific with your message, such as size, color, product name, etc. Exchanges are limited to changing color, size, or model of the same product type. We cannot accept exchanges for items other than what you originally ordered, even if they are of the same retail value. Exchanges are typically handled within 3-5 business days of their arrival at the shop. You will receive a notification once it has been processed and the requested product has shipped out to you. If we do not have the requested exchange item at the time your package arrives, we will offer a refund. Please initiate your Exchange by submitting a Contact Form.

REFUNDS:

Full refunds will be issued for items returned in Like New, re-sellable condition (minus the actual cost of the return label). All exchanged or returned products must be returned in Like New, re-sellable condition or they will be subject to a reduced valuation. Original packaging must be unopened and undamaged. Any items returned that are not in new, re-sellable condition will not be refunded. Like new condition is defined as the same condition the product arrived to you when you removed it from the original packaging. Scratches, gouges, removed hardware, etc, will render the returned product not re-sellable. In these cases we will, at our discretion, decide on either a partial refund or store credit. Once your Authorized Return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund once we inspect and verify that the item is in New/Re-sellable condition. If you are approved, then your refund will be automatically processed, and a refund will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. (Refunds may take up to 7 days or more to appear on your statement.)

WARRANTY:

Every MagClam by TickMade LLC is backed by a fully transferable Limited Lifetime Warranty related to function. If your product breaks due to a manufacturing defect or during normal use (training, fighting, and normal wear) we will fix it. If your MagClam is scratched, scuffed, or suffers minor damage during use and/or training it will NOT be replaced under warranty. If component parts, such as shock cord, etc. are lost or damaged they will NOT be replaced via warranty. Return shipping charges for warranty claims will be the responsibility of the customer. TickMade LLC will pay the shipping charges to return a warranty claim item to the customer.

Any Modifications to Your TickMade Product Will Void the Warranty.

If your MagClam has broken or is found to be defective, please submit a Contact Form, along with your order number. From there, we will give you instructions on how to proceed. You may be asked to provide photos.

ORDERING/SHIPPING ISSUES:

If you need to exchange/return your purchase due to an ordering/warranty/shipping issue, please initiate your exchange/return within 30 days of the purchase date by submitting a Contact Form.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
