FULFILLMENT TIMES:
In-stock orders placed before 12 PM M-F typically ship out the next business day (excluding weekends and holidays).
We DO NOT ship to APO/FPO addresses. At this time, we do not ship internationally.
Orders to Alaska and Hawaii will be shipped at a flat rate of $7. Also, both the billing and shipping addresses must match. This is, unfortunately, necessary to avoid fraudulent charges.
Most orders will ship complete via USPS, but other carriers are used at times. Unless otherwise instructed, orders will ship complete. If an order needs to be shipped separate due a rush situation, actual full shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer to pay. A tracking number will be emailed to you upon order completion/ shipment, or when the order status is updated.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We reserve the right to cancel your order with notice if there is a problem with your order. You may cancel your order within the first 24 hours of placing it by filling out a Contact Form.
If it appears you are ordering large quantities of products with the intent to re-sell, we may cancel your order. To open a wholesale account, or place a bulk order, please fill out a Contact Form.
